1. Is all the stock ready stock?
- Yes, majority is ready stock. We updated stock count in website, if the items manage to checkout mean ready stock, your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days, however due to some uncontrolled human mistake in stock count or problem with product, we will inform through email if the shipment is delay.
2. How long will i received my order?
- Once order "confirmed", our packing team will prepare relative "order" within 2 days, Once item ready to be sent out, client will receive an E-mail notification with poslaju tracking code, normally client will received their parcel within 2 days of delivery.
3. I am very URGENT for it!
- We understand sometimes client is URGENT to get their BIKINI for vacations, please do not hestitate to call us at 07-2396660 for immediate respond during working hours, we will special arrange for your order to ship in the same day of order.
4. I am looking for Bikini type that look more firm and push-up.
- Please go for type that have underwire, or you might add some padding to have better effect
5. What size suitable for me?
- this is our Bikini Measurement, we would like to highlight that choosing size according waist & bust, however height & weight is for reference.
- Example (1) : Bust 32/70B, Waist 24, suggest for M size
- Example (2) : Bust 32/70C, Waist 25, suggest for L size
- Example (3) : Bust 34/75B, Waist 26, suggest for L size
- Example (4) : Bust 36/80C, Waist 27, suggest for XL size
- Example (5) : Bust 38/85C, Waist 30, suggest for 2XL size

6. Can i buy with seperately size on top & bottom?
- Size of Bikini shall be same from top & Bottom, we dont provide different size
7. Will there be loose on top part if i choose bigger size?
- You may add padding on top Bra/Bikini, it will become fit or firm
8. is there any exchange policy if the size really not suitable?
- We wish every single pcs of Bikini / Bras is usable while not keeping it in cupboard only. We provide exchange service, for more details please check with our exchange policy
9. Can i collect myself at Shelot office?
- Yes, you may collect your order at Shelot office during working hours, once order place successfully with "confirmed" status, please do E-mail us at service.shelot@gmail.com or call us 07-2396660 for inquiry self pick-up. Once item is prepared, we will inform you for collection.

10. Is shelot having physical shop for trying?
- Yes! you may try your swimsuit at the follow retail at 3A, Jalan Indah 8/13, Taman Bukit Indah, 79100 nusajaya, Johor.

11. Is there any cash on delivery service?
- Currently we dont provide any COD service, order will be proceed once payment made in website
12. Can we order through facebook?
- Yes you may, however there will be more convenient to order at shelot.com to avoid any possible mistake from PM order at fb or insta.
13. Can i mix all the shelot coupon to use in one order?
- Only 1 "code" could be use to checkout at every single order.
14. If received product with defect, can i exchange for new one?
- Normally we will double check everything before packing for the parcel, however it might happen sometimes with minor defect, we are willing exchange for it and bear postage. Please remain original condition that never been use or wash before, we will proceed for changing
- We dont accept changing for the following reason
(i) wasable dirty spot,
(ii) colour different from real stock (which might be various due to colour of monitor),
(iii) slightly OFF-LINE clothing at interface which is sewable,
(iv) wrong order by customer
15. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
16. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
