What is the Return policy?

Defective item

All items are checked for defect before wrapping and shipping. In an unforturnate case that whenver received defective or incorrect items, we have a 7-day return policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Item must be in its original purchase condition, Item must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

2. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

3. Return items must meet the requrements above.

4. Kindly provide us your order number, name, contact, Affected item and email to service.shelot@gmail.com

5. We will bear the courier fees by credit the amount to client account at www.shelot.com
 

Size Issue (Only Applicable to Bikini & Bra) (Dress, Pyjamas & Nightwear is not exchangable)

1. Upon received of bikini, if the size is not suit please send us back within 7 days, we would only accept for changing.

2. Bikini shall be original condition and unwash.

3. We only allow changing in size but not pattern 
 

Situation that not allow for change as below:

1. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you changed your mind about a product.

2. This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable.

3. The reason as "size not suitable" is not allow for return, but you may still proceed for exchange for bigger or smaller size, (Only Applicable to Bikini & Bra)

Refund Policy

1. Fully refund are case to case basis, all refund will be credit same value amount to client's account at shelot.com

2. Partial refund will base on actual pay after deduct of postage and payment charges from third parties If you are not satisfied or regret for your purchase.
